Hello Friends,

I know it’s only just started, but how has 2011 been going for you? Did you create some New Year’s Resolutions?

If you did, you might be interested to know that University of Minnesota research showed that 80 percent of people give up on their goals after only two months!

Well apparently even that has not been enough to start as strong as I had planned for this year.  I’ve done some serious evaluating and have discovered that my biggest issues are time, focus and… information overload…a constant barrage of news and stuff pouring into my inbox…a huge distraction for an information nerd who loves learning new things! 

 So, I’ve made a few modifications to my goal list and am limiting my time reading emails.  I am not giving up…and neither should you.  If things don’t go according to plan…make some adjustments and carry on with focused determination.
