Help For Keeping New Year Resolutions

Posted on 12. Jan, 2011 by Wendy in Personal Development

Hello Friends,

I know it’s only just started, but how has 2011 been going for you? Did you create some New Year’s Resolutions?

If you did, you might be interested to know that University of Minnesota research showed that 80 percent of people give up on their goals after only two months!

Will you fall into this majority — or will you achieve the success you desire?

Giving up is NOT an option for me!!!!  I have ‘WHY POWER’

Well apparently even that has not been enough to start as strong as I had planned for this year.  I’ve done some serious evaluating and have discovered that my biggest issues are time, focus and… information overload…a constant barrage of news and stuff pouring into my inbox…a huge distraction for an information nerd who loves learning new things!

So, I’ve made a few modifications to my goal list and am limiting my time reading emails.  I am not giving up…and neither should you.  If things don’t go according to plan…make some adjustments and carry on with focused determination.

I’ve included a recent offer from Brian Tracy that you may find helpful.  I love his training, and already own this set so I guess it’s time to pull it out and have a refresher course!

Cheers to much success with your New Year goals,

Here’s what Brian Tracy has to say…

One of the biggest reasons behind failed Resolutions is not being specific— it’s difficult to fulfill a vague goal. Here are some more tips for keeping your New Year’s Resolutions:

  • Write them down.
  • Share them with others.
  • Track your progress.

Most importantly, get the information you need to set and achieve the goals that will lead you to your vision of success this year and in the future.

Now you can shave years off of your learning curve and avoid all the mistakes and pitfalls your predecessors had to face — without becoming an over-achiever who has no time left to enjoy your life. Once you apply my proven principles, exactly the opposite will be true — you’ll enjoy the success you deserve and you’ll have the time to take advantage of the perks your success offers.

Here you go!  A tool to walk you through, step-by-step, what it takes to create and achieve goals, quickly and virtually effortlessly!

First of all, I’ve kept this program relatively short. It’s presented in 6 audio files. I’ve packed it full of useful information, and I’ve left out fluff that only makes it look impressive. I know your time is valuable and I want to make sure I use it efficiently.

Plus, I want to make your experience as smooth as possible so you can begin utilizing these processes – and achieving great results – right away.

I divided The New Psychology of Achievement into 6 Parts. Each Part explains actual steps you can use to define your own success – as well as the steps you can take to reach it, no matter how you define it. What makes this product great is that it’s designed to work for you no matter where you’re starting from or where you’ve been – because it’s designed to teach you how to change your inner game so you simply live the way you want to live – right away.

These are the same strategies and processes I’ve used to develop several multi-million dollar businesses and create the free time I’ve always craved.

    Hi Val,

    Thanks for stopping by!

I can’t take credit for creating the tools only for passing on the information that Brain Tracy created with a link to his program. :)

    Hi Emily,

Awesome! You may want to share your goals with someone and ask them to check in once in a while to see how you’re doing.

Wishing you much success in accomplishing every one of your goals…if anyone can do it you can!

    I love you too!
