The Mental Diet

One of the most powerful programming activities you can engage in is positive thought.  The discipline of positive thought requires just as much self discipline as going on a diet, sticking to an exercise program, or training for a marathon.

It’ requires the reprogramming of our neuro pathway and that means daily, moment by moment, becoming conscious of what we are thinking about.  Taking our thoughts captive, being aware, and eliminating the garbage, replacing it with good mental food.  Telling yourself “I can do this!” and believing it’s true because it is….you can!

The reward is definitely worth it…my life is changing day by day as I become more aware of how powerful thought is in every aspect of our life…our health…our relationships…and our wealth.

Changing what you have comes from changing who you are.  Changing who you are comes from changing what you think.
