For me the ‘New Year’ has always been filled with hope and expectancy…especially when I’ve just finished a very rough year!
The first week of 2026 I spent most of my free time reading old journals/notebooks and attempting to organize things that I wasn’t ready to eliminate and purge the rest. BIG sigh…I’m a pack rat when it comes to notes from programs and things that inspire me. I can’t bring myself to toss all of the little pearls of wisdom that I’ve collected over the years so this year I am planning to go thru them page by page and share.

95% of people will break their resolutions by Jan 15.That’s sad!
New Year = Fresh Start
What does it take to make it happen?
Creating Lasting Change:
Progress = Happiness – Take control of the process.
Resolution: a firm decision to do or NOT do something.
Resolve: decide FIRMLY on a course of action.
Get a VISION for what you truly want. A vision that truly works compels and excites you.
Follow thru comes down to our emotional intensity.
Strong reasons – reasons come first answers come second.
REVIEW IT AND FEEL IT EVERYDAY. Practice visualization.
Lasting change requires that I RAISE my STANDARDS. A should becomes an ABSOLUTE MUST.
How do I define myself?
We live who we believe we are. Consistent rituals. Changing your life is changing your INNER game.
RAISE YOUR STANDARDS!
RITUALS is where the POWER is!
All of the results in our life start with our standards and are followed by our daily rituals.
Tony’s mantra…I now command my subconscious mind to direct me in helping as many people as possible today by giving me the strength, the emotion, the humor, the brevity, whatever it takes to show people that I care and help them change their life now.
It’s not what we get that makes us happy, it’s who we become and what we are able to give because of who we became.
What’s an area of your life that you want to improve?
STEP 1: Select an area of your life you would like to improve and describe what that area is like for you currently. Be specific and truthful about where you are.
STEP 2: What are the rituals that have put me there?
STEP 3: Write down what you want. What’s your compelling vision? Be specific.
STEP 4: Write down all the rituals that will get you to your compelling vision. What would you need to do differently everyday to get what you want?
A ritual is something that you do at the same time everyday so it becomes a way of life.
There is the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. Discipline weighs ounces and regret weighs tons.
My mantra…I CAN and I WILL create lasting change because I have a strong resolve and vision of who I want to be and what I want my life to look like.
I now command my subconscious mind to direct me in helping as many people as possible today by giving me the strength, the emotion, the humor, the wisdom, whatever it takes to show people that I care and want to help them in any way that I can.
Vision – Standards – Rituals – Discipline and daily tracking are keys that will get me there!
