Good Morning,
I don’t know about you, but I’m certainly guilty of not taking enough time to enjoy the simple pleasures in life that make me happy.
The list of projects is endless and probably always will be. That said…there is one thing that I am certain of and that is…when I get to the end of this life, I’m certain that I’m not going to wish that I’d spent more time at work or crossing off another item on my ‘To Do’ list.
One of my dearest friends passed away this week and I deeply regret not taking more time to spend with him over the past year… making memories… before dementia took him away.
So, today, make it a point to send some love to someone…avoid the pain of having regrets tomorrow.
“Plenty of people miss their share of happiness, not because they never found it, but because they didn’t stop to enjoy it.”

Your action for today is to enjoy a simple pleasure, such as calling someone who you haven’t connected with lately, a rich tasting cappuccino, a quiet stroll or a good book.
